Wales and Scarlets scrum-half Gareth Davies married his fiancee Katy Griffiths in a stunning ceremony in Pembrokeshire.
Many Davies Wales and regional rugby teammates were on hand to watch the happy couple, who got engaged just before Christmas last year, get married at Gellifawr Woodland Retreat on Saturday.
More than 150 guests, including Jonathan Davies, Leigh Halfpenny, Wyn Jones, Liam Williams and Ryan Elias, were on hand to help the new Mr. and Mrs. Davies celebrate their special day.
Beautiful bride Katy, an athletic therapist, wore a stunning dress from the bridal boutique Narbeth with gorgeous lace details and a flowing veil, while Davies and her groomsmen looked elegant in their finery.

The newlyweds were the first to get married in the new ceremonial hall at the wedding venue, Seren Yn Codi, with the beautiful scene complemented by Flowers by Annabel.
The couple’s beloved dogs – Chihuahua Winnie and Bulldog Pete – were of course present to celebrate their owners’ nuptials.
As you might expect, many Davies international and regional teammates were on hand to help with the celebrations, with a group photo showing the cohort in the teepee-covered outdoor space.

Tourist Lions Davies posed the question to Katy in December in a stunning proposal atop a cliff overlooking St Brides Bay in Pembrokeshire on a birthday walk. Their dogs were also there for this special stage.
Nestled among the trees just above Newport in Pembrokeshire, Gellifawr’s wedding venue is set in 15 acres of landscaped gardens, ponds and woodland, and features a specially designed cedar outdoor bar, outdoor ceremonial spaces, indoor bars and a reception hall, 300 sq ft tipi space and bridal lounge.

Gareth and Katy said, âIt was the best day of our lives with all of our family and friends around us.
âSimon, Emily and all the staff at Gelifawr were really great in helping us organize everything and we couldn’t be more grateful for that!
âThe new Seren Yn Codi ceremony space was beautiful and the whole day went so well, having everything in one place and the outdoor area with outdoor bar and beautiful TiPi was the perfect place to party the night away ! “

Venue manager Emily Jolly added: âIt was a very emotional day to see Katy and Gareth get married in our beautiful new space.
âOur very special team has endured a lot throughout the pandemic and I can honestly say that I am proud of each of them for making this possible.
“Myself and [managing director] Simon [John] I also want to thank builders IJ Griffiths for going out of their way to build such a magnificent building and Kevin and Anne Davies of Cawdor Cars for helping to make it all possible. Diolch. “
